Meet this adorable tiny dog. No name provided so let’s call her “Maise” for now.
Maise used to go up and down the stairs until one day she took a tumble and has been scared ever since.
So “Megan” (also no name provided) decides to fix up her stairs a bit to help Maise out. She doesn’t want to ruin her nice hardwood though so they need a compromised solution.
So Megan buys some Sponge Neoprene, 1/8th inch thick and some carpet.
She cuts them all up into little stair sized pads.
Glues them together to make some perfect dog grips for Maise.
She sprays them down with some rubber adhesive so they stick to the stairs.
The finished product. Removable for parties, but workable for the dog when there is no company. Only temporarily covers the hardwood without damaging it. A perfect compromise.
She takes Maise down the first landing. So far so good, though there was some stubbornness and a lot of pushing involved.
Now the second half.
