War tears families apart. It is a violent, awful thing that has plagued civilizations since they were formed. Many of us are aware of this fact, but it’s difficult to wrap your mind around just how dreadful it is without first-hand experience. It was, at least, until now.
In just a few simple photographs, you’ll realize the cold grief and terror that families feel during wartime. These seven soldiers, seven children, were killed while they served our country. Now, all that is left behind is their families’ memories of them and their bedrooms at home. This is heartbreaking.

These families experienced something so tragic and unfair when they lost their children to the horrors of war. The rooms their kids grew up in are now frozen in time, a memorial to what was lost. Please share this with others in memory of those that have been killed serving our country. Their sacrifices will not be forgotten.
