This is Oberon Zell Ravenheart, a 68 year old man who dedicated his life to studying the Dark Arts. He owns the first recognized wizard academy just north of San Francisco, California, called the Grey School of Wizardry. The school teaches sixteen departments, such as spell casting, wand making, horse whispering, breast mastery, and alchemy.
