Pigeons are everywhere, but people never seem to see baby pigeons. Well it turns out that they do exist and these photos prove it.
The secret of why we never see them lies in the locations mature pigeons choose for their nests – these places are usually hidden from strangers and invaders, like forsaken buildings and abandoned houses, roofs, places under bridges.
In addition to that, adults take care about their little ones up until they’re 40 days old – and that’s when babies look totally mature themselves.
This is why we cannot see baby pigeons on the city streets. Yet if we could, we would be greatly surprised: just look how amusing and clumsy they are!
