A monstrous fire engulfed Paris’ iconic Notre Dame Cathedral on Monday evening, toppling its spire and causing extensive damage to one of the world’s most historic and recognized buildings.
A massive fire has broken out in Paris at the site of the Notre Dame Cathedral. The flames spread around the iconic cathedral as Instagrammers struggled to get a good view even as soot fell. Firefighters used cherry picker cranes to spray water onto the structure.
