As much as I hated doing this because I now regret everything I eat, I calculated how many sit-ups, push-ups, running, and amount of sex it would take to burn off different foods and drinks. If nothing else, you can use this as an excuse to have sex after eating a pizza.
Now of course there are many different factors that should be taken into account for each individual (height, weight, age, intensity), and it’s extremely hard to accurately calculate the exact amount needed to burn a specific amount of calories, but these numbers should average out for a good perspective.
