When it comes down to the foods we buy both at the grocery store and at restaurants, we’re generally trusting people. If the label says that the product contained inside is what we’re looking for, we don’t think to hard about what we’re buying. But we should. Labels can lie and restaurants can have one thing on the menu, but serve another, and can your palate taste the difference?
In fact, if you don’t do your homework and really look at the ingredients list, some premium products that you think you’re buying and eating, might be literal crap.
