I think also it is the Swedish government owns it because those who owned it went bankrupt, but left just left the boat / resturant in the harbor and then seized it by the state so now lies at a different part of the port of waiting for what do probably not many people want to buy it by the state, etc. but nothing happens the card here is a few years old
so this boat is located in Gothenburg harbor I see it every day on my way to my work and I with many wondering why it’s just there to no avail
