People Who “Really Know” How To Use Quotation Marks

Can we agree as a society that you should only use quotation marks when you’re actually quoting somebody? Because when you just “use them” randomly, it’s confusing. Otherwise it looks “sarcastic”. Do you know what I “mean”? Quotation marks are dangerous, let’s regulate them.
