Second, health care workers are expected to treat everyone the same, regardless of wealth. Giving them tips would imply that you expect preferential treatment. And, if you feel that the care you were given merits a tip, do they not all have name tags? After you are released from the hospital, simply go back with a gift, and ask for miss/mr X
