When we were kids, our rooms were bright, fun, and inviting. As adults, our homes are comfortable, soothing, and toned down. What happened to all that color and life? Just because we’re grown up, doesn’t mean we can’t still express ourselves.
This DIY started out with some plain pieces of wood.
Various pieces had to be cut to different lengths to accommodate the variety of shapes that would be used in the shelving unit.
Then, it was time to start piecing things together.
Then he had to take everything apart so he could begin painting each section.
The bright and vivid colors would give the shelves their unique and fun look.
Here are the sections all painted and put back together.
