Thanks Nature Cafe is a little shop in Seoul, South Korea that offers more than just coffees and cakes.
This unique cafe also allows customers to play with two sheep
For locals in South Korea, they often visit at the beginning of a new year because sheep symbolize “kindness, humility, and respect for parents.”
The fluffy little in-house sheep have also been attracting customers from around the world. The owner, Lee Kwang-ho, says, “I don’t know how this place was known to the world, but I had visitors from all over the world coming to see my sheep, from Macedonia, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, even some countries I don’t know well.”
The café was first opened in 2011, but lately there have been more customers coming in than ever before.
This February 19th marks the beginning of the Zodiac Year of the Sheep, which Lee believes to be the cause of the recent spike in foot traffic.
