In the wild, the only known creature that can take on an orca is another, larger orca. These things don’t have any natural predators.

Orcas have been known to “punt” seals upwards of 80 feet in the air in order to paralyze and then consume them whole.
An average adult orca eats approximately 385 pounds of salmon daily in order to stay healthy.
Orcas have been known to work together to create large waves that knock seals off of sheets of ice and into the water.
Orcas have the second largest brain in the world. The first belongs to the Sperm Whale.
Orcas will even venture right out onto the shore to snatch seals and drag them back into the water.
Despite weighing 8-12000 lbs, orcas have been known to launch themselves up to 15 feet in the air when breaching.
In the wild, orcas have been known to slap sting rays with their massive tails just for fun.
While an orca has never caused a human death in the wild, cases of them working together to ram into ships have gone up.
If unraveled, the small intestine of an orca would stretch the length of a Boeing 737-500.
